No Return Policy

At Artemyra each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and made to order with solid gold and gem stones specially for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and changes may not be possible. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable cancellation requests.

We also recommend that you confirm the appropriate size for your rings prior to placing your order online. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.

All international orders are considered final sale. Please note that we are unable to refund any duties or taxes paid upon delivery, since these fees are collected directly by your country’s customs authority and are outside of Artemyra Jewelry’s control. For questions regarding duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Artemyra Jewelry reserves the right to apply a 5–10% transaction fee from your chosen payment provider on any cancelled order already in production. This fee will be deducted from your refund. In addition, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While returns are not accepted, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and offer a repair or replacement if necessary.
